Humous
ingredients:
light tahini
chick peas
pepper
salt
lemon
garlic clove
olive oil
1. open your chick peas and drain half the water they come in into a bowl, the rest in the sink and down the drain.
2. put your chick peas in a small mixing bowl.
3. open the tahini, stir it until its all the same. Spoon 3 large teaspoons into the bowl and stir.
4. add a bit of olive oil to make it oiley more.
5. add some of the chick pea water into it and stir more.
6. crush the garlic and add it into the mix, grind the salt and the pepper in, squeeze in half a lemon juice and then stir more.
7. get the whizzy stick and start whizzing.
8. add some more chick pea water and whizz again.
9. stop whizzing and stir it until properly mixed.
10. put in a tub or bowl.
ENJOY!
Mushroom Filo Parcels
You will need:
1 packet of mushrooms
Cream
garlic
filo pastry
pine nuts or almonds
Method:
Heat the oven to 170.
Chop your mushrooms and nuts and put them into a pan at medium heat (3) Pour a bit of cream on them, just so it is coating them. Cook them for ten minutes and stir every few seconds.
Get 20 slices of filo pastry and layer two together, so you get ten slices. spoon a pile of the mushroom mixture onto each one, and fold the pastry over the top and put them on a baking tray and cook them for 15-20 minutes
Enjoy!

Creamy Hot Chocolate
Hi!
this is how to make a really easy yummy hot chocolate.
You will need:
about 3/4 of the cup your using of milk
1 teaspoon of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of dark brown sugar
about 1/4 of the cup your using of cream
1 square of milk chocolate
heat your milk, cocoa powder and sugar in a pan, and whip your cream with a pinch more cocoa powder and then pour your heated hot chocolate into your cup and spoon on the whipped cream and grate your milk chocolate square on your hot chocolate.
Serves 1, Serve hot. ENJOY

2 Large eating apples
50 grams of rasins
20 grams of molasses sugar
1 fun size apple or pear
20 ml hot water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
core your apples so NONE of the hard bits or seeds are left and put them on a baking tray, set the oven to 150C and then finely chop your fun size apple and add you rasins, sugar, water, vanilla and cinnamon and mix together well and then fill where the cores were and bake in the oven for 15 mins or bake in the fire for 30 mins.
serves 2, serve hot with a drizzle of cream. ENJOY

halloween!!
hi, i have 2 yummy easy halloween recipies that look really scary!
you will need to make the mummy sausage rolls: (makes 10)
1 sheet of puff pastry (you'll have some extra)
10 Cumberland sausages
20 black pepper corns
Set the oven to 150C. Cut your puff sheet into strips (about 3 centimeters wide) and wrap around the sausages and then press the pepper corns into the top where your "head" is. Put them on a greased baking tray and put in the oven for about 14-16 minutes.
Serve hot or cold. ENJOY!!!

1 water melon
all you need to do is peel the green skin off your melon and and carve curvy lines into it and your done!
serves 6-8 people

Root Veg & squash soup
Hi, sorry I've not posted for 2 weeks I've been really busy cooking things. I keep forgetting to put them up.
Root veg & squash soup (sorry no pics)
you will need:
1 large onion (or 2 little ones)
2 cloves garlic
1 large carrot (2 medium ones)
1 large 1 small Parsnips (3 small ones)
half a medium neep (Turnip)
1 large sweet tattie (potato) (2 small ones)
1 big baking tattie (potato) (2 normal ones)
half a huge squash or pumpkin (1 small one)
1 half kettle full of boiling water
1 teaspoon herbomere (stock cube or teaspoon of stock powder)
5 tablespoons tomato pasata
1 stock pot
whizzing wand
ladle
wooden spoon
knob of butter
cut your veg finely and put it in your stock pot with the butter at gas mark 3 (or 3 on an electric cooker)
fry for 5-10 mins and then pour over your water put in your herbomere (stock cube or powder) and put it up to gas mark 6 (6 on an electric cooker)
add in your pasata and turn down to 1 once boiling and leave to cook for 20-25 mins.
whiz it when ready and it should look an orange colour.
serve with fresh bread (homemade or fresh form a bakery) and butter.
Enjoy!
